Senior Open Day
Saturday 23 September, 10.00am
The best way to discover Stonar’s Senior School, and to find out how we support exceptional pupil achievements, is to join our dedicated Open Day.
Following a presentation from the Headmaster, you will take a tour of our facilities, meet current pupils, and discover a carousel of subject options. Subject-specialist teachers will also be on-hand to chat about their areas of expertise with you.
You will learn about our hard-working ethos and how we balance challenge and support. We help our pupils develop a vision of who they want to be and give individual guidance to help them achieve their potential at Stonar and beyond.
While academic results are very important, so is personal growth. Stonar offers endless opportunities to have fun, broaden your horizons and make life-long memories!
We look forward to meeting you at our calm, welcoming countryside school and giving you a chance to get a good feel for Stonar life.

About Stonar Senior
Stonar is a small, hard-working school where every individual pupil matters. With small classes and close working relationships with teachers and mentors, we will challenge and support you to achieve your academic potential.
But we’re not just focused on academics. Personal development is achieved via plenty of co-curricular options to build skills for life. You will be given excellent pastoral support and enjoy an active social programme. We ensure that our pupils are happy and leave us feeling confident and well-prepared for the future and their individual pathways.
We will closely support you throughout the senior phase , with graduates achieving the university place they desire. In fact, 95% of our students gain access to their first choice university, and 65% go on to study at Russell Group institutions.
Whether you’re sporty, arty, or into riding (with the option to gain equestrian qualifications), you’ll fit into our small, friendly, and hardworking community and gain the most from Stonar life.
