Support for Families Affected by School Closures
We understand how disruptive and worrying a school closure can be. Our experienced team are here to support your child’s transition with minimal disruption and maximum care.
At Stonar School, we understand that families may now be considering their next steps. We are able to offer support and guidance, approached with care, discretion, and sensitivity to each child’s individual needs.
Stonar prides itself on small class sizes, enabling pupils to receive individual attention and thrive both academically and personally. Our broad range of co-curricular activities and regular sporting fixtures encourages participation, teamwork, and a strong sense of community.
Many families choose Stonar for its welcoming, family-oriented environment. Our pastoral support ensures continuity of care for every child, particularly during periods of transition. Our Sixth Form offers consistently small classes, providing tailored guidance to help every student reach their potential. We also have experience welcoming children from other school closures, supporting smooth transitions while helping each child to feel secure and valued from the very start.
Our Headmaster, who is ex-military, leads the School with a strong focus on structure, mentorship, and personal development, further enhancing our nurturing environment.
Both day and boarding options are available. We currently have availability across a number of year groups, from Nursery to Sixth Form, and families are welcome to visit at a time that suits them. Stonar also operates a bus route serving Malmesbury and surrounding areas.

Families are warmly invited to tour the School and meet the Headmaster. Our Admissions team would be pleased to speak with any families who wish to explore their options. Please call 01225 701740 or email admissions@stonarschool.com.
