We aim to make our admissions process as smooth as possible for our prospective families. Our friendly and experienced Admissions Team are always happy to answer your questions, explain our entrance procedures or arrange a visit. While our website will give you a flavour of what Stonar has to offer, there is no substitute for a visit. We welcome individual tours throughout the week, where you will meet the Headmaster and other members of staff, as well as exploring our site and its facilities.
Fill in the form and a member of our Admissions Team will be in touch to organise your one-to-one visit.
The main points of entry are at:
Ages 2 and 3 (Nursery)
Age 4 (Reception)
Age 11 (Year 7)
Age 13 (Year 9)
Age 16 (Lower Sixth)
We also accept applications for other year groups, depending on availability.
Applicants for entry into the Prep School will be invited for a Taster Day.
Pupils wishing to join for Years 7 and 9 will participate in a selective Assessment Day in January. Entry into the Lower Sixth is dependent on pupils having achieved at least six GCSEs at grade 5 and above and minimum grades for individual subjects, as indicated in the Sixth Form Courses Booklet.
