The Stonar School boarding staff include the houseparents, assistant houseparents and house matrons for each boarding house. Stonar School boarding staff provide day‑to‑day pastoral care, supervise boarding routines, manage welfare and health needs, and liaise with parents and tutors to support pupils’ academic and personal development.

For pastoral concerns contact the relevant house email (ganbrookhouse@stonarschool.com, harthouse@stonarschool.com, yorkhouse@stonarschool.com). The houseparent or matron will respond or direct you to senior tutors and pastoral leads as required.

In addition to houseparents and matrons, Stonar School boarding staff collaborate with senior tutors, mentors, equestrian staff and teaching teams to provide comprehensive care, wellbeing support and co‑curricular supervision for boarders.
