Stonar Pupils Celebrate GCSE Results
Stonar’s Year 11 pupils are celebrating today after receiving a fantastic set of GCSE results, reflecting both their academic achievement and personal growth.
Matthew Way, Headmaster, said:
"We are very proud of our Year 11 pupils. These results reflect not only their commitment and effort, but also the dedication of our staff and wider school community.
“At Stonar, we value strong academic outcomes, but we never lose sight of the bigger picture. Our pupils achieve in many ways – through their character, their creativity, and their willingness to contribute to school life. These results are a key milestone in their journey, and we look forward to seeing all they go on to achieve."
Henry W, one of the pupils celebrating today, said:
"I am really happy with my results. I’m very grateful for the support and encouragement my teachers gave me. I’m looking forward to continuing with my chosen A Level subjects at Stonar."
Jo Worrall, Senior Deputy Head, added:
"It’s been a pleasure to see our pupils thrive across such a wide range of subjects. There have been so many personal successes – at every grade level – and we celebrate every pupil’s individual journey. We wish them the very best as they take their next steps, whether that’s into Sixth Form at Stonar or beyond."
