- Riding Results
Stonar riders Lily HB (Y9) and Dora P (UVI) are deservedly celebrating their respective 4th and 7th placements at last week's BD My Quest National Championships. Our individually qualified riders had a successful day competing in the u21 Novice class at Bury Farm.
It was a very close run, hotly contested class of over 30 riders. Scores were incredibly close with places 3rd-9th all sitting on 67% - so it came down to fractions of points separating the majority of the top ten.
Well done to both riders, they really rode super tests and showed off their respective partnerships with their horses, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
They also got to watch our very own Academy coach Liza Allen participating in the lunchtime demo headed up by the Collective Equestrian team - with Alex Harrison delivering some great training tips on how to make the most of our horses- whether or not they fit the typical 'dressage horse' mould.
